Seedy Sunday Marketplace news

As well as the seed swap, talks and child and parent activities there will be over 50 stalls.

All your old favourites will be here, including our lovely sponsors Infinity Foods with their organic seed potatoes and shallot sets, The Heritage Seed Library, The Seed Co-operative, Thomas Etty, Penard Plants and Edulis Nursery.

They are joined by some newcomers to Seedy Sunday 2019 including:

Solseed Landscapes

Solseed offer organic edible and ecological landscaping services using permaculture design as their guiding principle. 

National Garden Scheme

Booklets for the 2019 Sussex National Garden Scheme, where gardens open for charity, will be available free at their Seedy Sunday stall. 

Freegle

Freegle encourage people to re-use more…both to get things they need for gardening and allotments for free but to also give away plants and food as well as things! They will have some relevant items to give away for free.

Save Whitehawk Hill Nature Reserve

Whitehawk Nature Reserve has bot ecological and archeological value, and is under threat. This stall with have display boards about the issues and what we should do to help save it. savewhitehawkhill.org.uk

Vital Seeds

All of Vital Seeds varieties are open-pollinated.The stall will have seeds to buy, seed collection packets, and gift vouchers. 

Hearts and Flowers

Hearts and Flowers is a new social enterprise at Stanmer Organics. Their stall will be selling Winter scented plant materials and some berries and Spring bulbs along with photos of the the project.  heartsandflowersbrighton.org
